I found this company to be professional, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. They try to save you money and are very reliable. I have an old a/c (over 8 yrs) and rather than trying to sell me a new one, they were able to repair it. It's been over a year now and still running. I have recommend them to others with satisfaction.

Danny kept in communication with me and was very honest. He didn't suggest the more expensive pump to make himself extra money. The way our coils looked from years of build up and dogs.... I'm surprised the system was even still working.. I can't believe how clean they got it and how ice cold the air was the minute they turned the system back on. Jeffrey and Danny were amazing. They were straight with me and quickly identified that the capacitor on my A/C unit needed replacing. My A/C is back up and running great. The biggest thing is Danny is the owner of the company and took the time to come to my home instead of sending one of his workers who was going home for the day. My AC was blowing hot air so I called on a Sunday evening and they came Monday during the time frame they advised. Ryan walked me thru everything he was doing. Turned out my filters needed replacing, but while here, he checked other things as well to ensure there were no other issues. I'm very happy with Precision, Ryan and the service fee to come out. I ended up purchasing their yearly service contract so they will come out twice a year to check everything.

A/C went out after a storm on Saturday afternoon, around 4:00pm, by 6:30 Danny had the defective part replaced and the system up and running again. While he suggested some additional purchases (e.g. a surge protector), he wasn't pushy about it. Excellent response, service, and at a reasonable price, too. Highly recommended!

AC stopped blowing cold air on a Friday at 4:30 P.M, I called Danny and didn't leave a VM when no one picked up as I was frantically trying to figure out what to do. Called an AC friend who helped me figure out the part needed. By the time I figured the part I needed all the other shops were closed, and Danny called me back despite not even leaving him a VM! He got me the part at 11:30 P.M on a Friday night and my AC was up and going, excellent service and follow up.

My a/c broke on Labor Day I sent an email and wasn't expecting any response that day due to it being a holiday they scheduled an appointment which I ended up canceling due to hurricane Irma and not know where she was going but by the end of the week we just couldn't handle it so I rescheduled the appointment they came out the next day gave me a great price and came out and installed the Friday before the hurricane hit Florida. I appreciate that they still installed even though they could have put us off so they could prepare for the storm. My AC died last night and we were over 84 degrees by 10 am. I have a contract with another local co., but they were unable to come out, or even give me a time frame. Having read the reviews, I decided to call Precision. Within 2 hours Daniel was at the door and after 15 minutes, the issue was resolved. He even gave me free advice about how to protect the unit when we have a power surge. Needless to say, it looks like we have a new local AC company. Good work and price!

We had a new AC system installed in Sept but the fan speed was either too fast or too slow. After 3 weeks, Ryan came out to check out the system and was able to adjust the fan speed to our liking. The workers did a quality job installing the system, but it took Ryan to fine tune it.

Awesome Service! My dog ripped the wiring out of the outside condenser. It was on a Sunday afternoon. I called Rick, he was busy, but said he would be here in a couple hours. This was the ultimate experience I have had with any AC company in the area, I have had a brand new mini split installed by handyman for over a year now that has not been turned on they were able to get it up and running AND service my brand new AC unit from a different company with a new low cost maintenance contract. Fantastic service and price! they installed a new 3.5 Ton, 14 SEER system in my home in St. Petersburg. Danny and his crew were super helpful, friendly and professional. Managed to replace the air handler in the crawlspace which I know was not an easy task. Their quote cam in well under 2 other companies that I looked at with no hidden charges or fees attached.

The AC works great! Super cold, super fast. Highly recommend and would hire again. I plan on hiring them for my annual AC maintenance.

I recently used Precision Air to do a change out of my old 13 SEER unit condenser and air handler. I was originally looking at a Goodman Unit and Daniel recommended a different model from Bosch that consumes less energy, has the same warranty and and is much quieter. I did my own research too and eventually went with the Bosch 18SEER. I am glad I did. It is super quiet and sips electricity per Daniel's meter readings. I haven't gone through a summer with it yet but it seems to do everything Daniel said it does. Daniel and his team were professional, friendly and easy to work with. His team showed up on time and did the job as expected. I am really looking forward to the many years of energy savings. Thank you Precision.. It is nice dealing with companies like yours..
